Obituary of Christi Ann Christopher

Christi Ann Christopher was born October 1, 1955, in Lubbock, TX to Melvin Ray "Chris" and Virginia (Strickland) Christopher. She died Monday, October 16, 2023, in Lubbock at the age of 68. Ms. Christopher was raised in the Lubbock and Amarillo areas and graduated from Coronado High School in Lubbock. She worked as the Lubbock County Clerk for 7 years, retiring in February of 2022. She was a Church of Christ and was a sports fanatic, following the Yankees, Dallas Mavericks, The Duke Blue Devils and Texas Tech. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Ray "Chris" Christopher, January 11, 2019. She is survived by her 2 children, Amy Christopher of Placitas, NM and Dustin Brown and wife Melodie of Ft. Worth, TX, her mother, Ann Christopher of Lubbock, granddaughter, Kristen Smith of Ft. Worth, brother, Tony Christopher and wife Denise of Abernathy and a sister, Lisa Padgett of Wolfforth, TX.
