My Aunt Carolyn was a kind and gentle soul. I will always remember her quick smile. Her smile engaged you and it could light up a room. Her laugh was infectious and made you want to fix a glass of tea and sit and talk with her awhile. She had a unique voice that was deep and smooth. I remember when you walked in a room, she would look at you with that smile and say, "How you doing baby?" It made me feel warm and that she was really interested.
I remember when she fell in love with my Uncle Fred. My sisters and I thought it was awesome because she was my mother's sister and he was my father's brother. It made their relationship special (just like them). It's nice to think of them spending eternity together. Walking hand-in-hand in the Lord's pure light. In a place where there is no more sickness or tears. Just peace. Walk on my sweet Aunt Carolyn, you will always be remembered.
