I met Ann in the 1980's when she worked for our Summer Summits program in Denton Tx. She was able to visit me in Abilene within the last year and by chance both my children were in town. My grandchildren also were able to meet her. I talked to her on May 12th and was supposed to visit within the next month but I never heard back from her. I will miss my dear friend and I want to express my condolences to her family

As you all know, Ann painted needle point canvas. This is one of her canvases that I needle pointed. I did this one twice, one for Jackie and one for me. It is the Reiki symbol.

Rick, I’m so sorry for the loss of Ann. We had a good visit a the last school reunion. That dimpled smile of hers was always a piece of sunshine. For some reason, today in my mind, I’m seeing her in her cheerleading outfit. I will remember her fondly. Sandy Rae
