Kent Ross, 61, of Hale Center, TX, was born October 4, 1953 in Hale Center to the parentage of Willie Sanford and Lucinda (Hall) Ross. Mr. Ross graduated Hale Center High School in 1973 and was the first black Drum Major in the School's history.
He went to be with his Lord Friday, May 8th, 2015. Graveside services remain pending at this time. .
He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by cousins.
Cremation services are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Hale Center, TX.
