Obituary of Pat Warren

Services for Pat Warren, 70, of Abernathy, TX, will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 20, 2013, in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Mike O'Donnell, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Abernathy, TX. The family will gather at Abell Funeral Home Friday, July 19th, from 6pm until 7pm. Ms. Warren died Tuesday morning, July 16, 2013, in Lubbock, TX. She was born October 7, 1942 in Lubbock, TX. She taught at Abernathy Elementary from 1979 until retiring in 2002. She was a longtime member of the Abernathy First Baptist Church where she sang in the church choir and was a member of the Abernathy Community Choir. She is survived by a son, James (Trey) Warren and wife Denise of Ft. Stockton, TX, 2 grandsons, Sam and J. D. Warren of Ft. Stockton, 2 sisters, Peggy Hamm of Silver City, NM and Sandra Williams of Graham, TX and several nieces and nephews.
