Obituary of Alynn Snelling

Services for Alynn Snelling, 43, of Plainview, TX, will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 26, 2013, in the Hale Center Church of Christ. Jeff Cary, Professor at LCU, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hale Center Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Hale Center, TX. Alynn died Saturday, June 22, 2013, in Plainview, TX. He was born December 26, 1969 in Plainview, TX. He graduated from Hale Center High School in 1988 and was involved in various school activities including football and FFA. He was a lifelong Plainview resident and he attended the Harvest Fellowship in Plainview. He is survived by his parents, Guy and Sherry Snelling of Plainview, TX, 2 sisters, Laura Lee Ammons of Irving, TX and Alicia Snelling Ramirez of Addison, TX, paternal grandfather, Elmo Snelling of Plainview, TX, maternal grandmother, Charlotte Wood of Wichita Falls, TX, 2 nephews, Slader and Cooper Ammons, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family suggests memorials be sent to the American Heart Association.
